Merckens Super White
Merckens chocolate confectionary melting wafers are very easy to use and delicious too. Just melt the wafers and fill molds or use for dipping truffles, strawberries, caramels, etc. Tastes great drizzled over pretzels too. Requires no tempering. Colored Merckens wafers are white chocolate flavor.
